Lisa´s Tyrolean – Luxury – Farm

in the heart of Europe – Austria, there is a district high up in the Alps, called Tyrol….and in the heart of Tyrol, there is the most beautiful town all over Austria – Westendorf ! …and there, nestled between peaks, ponds and slopes, there you find “Lisa`s Farm”. It is about 16km from Kitzbühel, on an enchanting elevation, with a breathtaking view into the alpine surrounding. 1,5hours to Munich Airport, Westendorf is vitalized by international tourism, but despite it, traditional, typical Austrian and so cosy ! Lisa´s farm lies within the city limits, a little above neighbours, shops and skilifts and it´s neither visible, nor to enter by mistake !

Lisa`s Tyrolean Luxury Farm  for sure is the most “Tyrolean styled” estate on the market. Surrounded by peaks, midst a mountain flower garden, at the banks of your private swimming pond, with a very special dedication for horse enthusiasts and riders. 10.000m² private land, some leased areas for training, an elegant mansion, guest apartments, a three cars garage, stables and utility rooms describe the whole offer in short.

Via a nice, romantic access road, Lisa´s Farm is to be reached within 2 minutes from the city center. Parking cars on the court,  we find the garage, with its noble guest apartment above. Walking up the corridor, we enter the mansion, with three sleeping rooms, an open fire parlor, a wooden chamber, the big family-kitchen, a wine cellar and a superb wellness center. Across the yard, we find the stables, including 8 boxes (of which 6 are paddock equipped), the original rider´s room, the hayloft and some more usefull rooms. At the west corner of the plot, there is a little hen`s barn.

Lisa`s Farm not only is situated midst mountains – and therefor a special place during the winter season, but it`s also at the enchanted private pond – to spend a marvellous summer. During autumn (fall) and spring, a jump into the blue waters of the family pool is recommended !
