Some 25 years ago, star architect Dr. Ronacher brought this very special estate to birth. What from the very beginning on was a divine idea about the essence of recreation, became concrete reality, has been improved through the years and shows today a masterpiece of “a home” – without precedent ! The semi-circular shaped building, facing the sun, midst rustling forests, with its views into deep green and far away over valleys and peaks, offers a life worth living ! Without any time restriction, days are to be enjoyed like nowhere else in the world.

Winter is perfectly calm over there. All is white and deer comes closer for a curious look. Maybe you sit inside your private mountain-log-room, or at the panoramic-fireplace, rather in the library, or in the sauna – nothing is loud, nobody disturbes and no island on earth could ever give you this unique feeling of seclusion and centrality ! 

Our warm months reveal the estates entire splendor:  the superb patio with its green gezebo, the barbecue-kitchen, the steel pool, the fine jacuzzi, the tennis court,…- or the wide lawn, the contemplative walkway, your private fitness hall – everything here is of great benefit for body, soul, friends and relatives !

Olymp has definitely no equivalent on this continent, nowhere else you´ll find this kind of holistic holiday-spirit. The semicircular, massive building offers four sleeping rooms, balconies and galleries on the upper floor, plus wellness, living and recreation on the garden floor. Jump into the crystal blue waters of the pool, play a match of tennis, enjoy a fine barbecue en suite and start total relaxation, by enjoying a good book in the afternoon, or ad a little workout before a superb outdoor dinner at the fire. Before going to bed, a glass of Carinthia´s great redwine, enjoyed in the warmth of your jacuzzi, will reload your batteries at its best !
